Challenge terms

  1. Eligibility. The Seven Challenge is open to riders resident in Delhi who are 18 or over and hold a valid driving licence for the class of vehicle assigned. Vehicles are collected and returned in Delhi.
  2. Registration and KYC. Registration is free and no deposit is taken. A basic KYC — government ID and licence — is completed before any vehicle is assigned. We may decline an entry at our discretion.
  3. Vehicle assignment. The vehicle is assigned by us following a consultation, based on your routine and needs. Specific models cannot be requested and availability is not guaranteed.
  4. Trial period. The trial runs for seven consecutive days from collection. You then have three further days to publish your content — ten days in total.
  5. Qualifying content. A valid entry needs at least three pieces of video content: your consultation experience, your week with the EV, and your verdict. At least one reel must be an Instagram Collaboration post with @evindia.garage and must be 40 seconds or longer.
  6. Scoring. Ranking is on total organic views across every video you publish during the trial, across all platforms. Views from paid promotion, boosted posts or purchased engagement are excluded and may disqualify the entry. Content must remain public and online while scoring is in progress.
  7. Prizes. The grand prize is the winner's choice of an Ultraviolette X47 Crossover or an iPhone 18 Pro. Up to ₹1,00,000 in cash prizes is awarded across the strongest entries; the split is published with the shortlist. Customisable merchandise goes to every participant who completes a valid entry. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash beyond the stated cash prizes. Taxes and registration costs on a vehicle prize are the winner's responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
  8. Editorial independence. There is no script and no approval process. We will not ask you to change, delete or soften your content, and you may not present sponsored or brand-approved messaging as part of your entry.
  9. Content licence. You keep ownership of everything you make. By entering, you grant EVINDIA Garage a non-exclusive right to reshare and quote your challenge content, with credit, in our own channels and research.
  10. Conduct. Traffic offences, riding under the influence, unsafe filming while riding, or lending the vehicle to anyone else ends the trial immediately and voids the entry.
  11. Changes. We may amend these terms or the challenge schedule. Material changes will be published on this page and emailed to registered participants.

Handover waiver

Signed at collection. In summary:

  1. Custody. The vehicle remains the property of EVINDIA Garage. You are its sole authorised rider for the trial and may not lend, sublet or transport it out of Delhi NCR without written consent.
  2. Condition. The vehicle is photographed at handover and at return. It comes back in the condition it left in, minus normal wear.
  3. Insurance and damage. The vehicle is insured for the trial period. You are responsible for the policy excess on any claim, and for damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence or unauthorised riders.
  4. Fines and offences. Traffic challans, towing and parking penalties issued during the trial are yours.
  5. Safety. Helmets are compulsory, for you and any pillion. Do not film while riding — mount the camera or stop.
  6. Breakdown. Call us first. Do not arrange your own repairs or take the vehicle to a third-party workshop.
  7. Return. On day seven, at the agreed time and place. Late return without notice may void the entry.

What we collect

Registration and waitlist details you send us: name, phone, email, pincode, social handles and your answers about how you ride. For challenge participants, KYC documents — government ID and driving licence — plus trial records such as distance, charging and the exit debrief.

Why we hold it

To run the challenge, to verify who is riding our vehicles, to launch the Garage Pass in the right pincodes, and to compile the research described on the research page.

What we never do

We don't sell your data and we don't pass your contact details to manufacturers or advertisers. Published research is aggregated or anonymised unless you agree to be named.

How long we keep it

KYC documents are deleted within 90 days of your trial ending. Contact details stay until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

Email help@evindiagarage.com to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to leave the waitlist. We'll action it within 30 days.
